Room was clean. Sink area was small. Staff was nice. Breakfast was terrible: No OJ or decaf, eggs tasted subpar, coffee was horrible, no muffins, out of biscuits, no milk for drinking.

Dont go there its a real inconvenience and some employees treat you like dirt. Had birthday party there we had little over a half n hour and the short angry man who was sleeping on the job i may add kicked us out and behind our backs made one of our family clean up when we picked everything up exept some ballons saud we needed to mop and bring our own trash bags then he charged us double for leaving after he was rude and asked us to do things that were his job. Props the lady before uswho was fired she cared about the people so dont go here its a money hole

My wife and I booked a getaway weekend at this hotel (I use that term loosely) through Expedia. The pool area is lined with green mold and the adjoining deck has more holes in it than swiss cheese... The pictures on the internet are not a true representation of the place. On the first morning we got to breakfast at 8:30 to find the eggs and sausages gone. There were no napkins, forks and the orange juice dispenser was spewing water. Garbage cans were overflowing and there food scattered all over the floors and tables. When we informed the desk clerk she seemed confused. Finally, she said she was a "second shift" employee normally so she doesn't do breakfasts? Apparently she never thought to monitor the area which was obviously in disarray. We had no choice but to go out for breakfast. At about 10:30 I went directly to the front desk to make sure that our room would be cleaned that day, as I had not seen a cleaning lady anywhere. The same desk lady assured me that the room would be cleaned (I made sure there was no "do not disturb" sign on the door...) When we returned after dinner that evening, sure enough, the room wasn't touched. When I confronted the "new" desk person, she could not recall the person who had worked the earlier shift, even when I gave her the person's name and physical description. She gave me towels and that was it. The next day I wanted to talk about some consideration for not getting breakfast and our room not being cleaned. The next "new" desk person claimed they couldn't do anything because Expedia had collected our money and it was out of their hands. Upon pressing the issue, she promised that the owner "Mala" would call me in two days. Of course she did not. When I contacted Expedia they said it was up to the hotel if they wanted to reimburse anything. When I finally found "Mala" (the owner) she had a pre-rehearsed speech about not being able to do anything about that because we had "left a do not disturb sign on our door" (which she knew was a lie). On top of it all, the rooms heating/air conditioning system rumbled and roared all night long. The place should be renamed the "Shady Restless". Go somewhere else.
