Had a great overnight experience! Mary at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Love that you can park right outside your room and not worry about elevators and long walks to your room. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have been updated. Will definitely stay at this hotel again!!

The staff had the air on before we arrived and the room was pleasantly cool when we entered. The room was very clean and the decor nice. Loved the shower. The outside of the hotel was very clean and well kept. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very well run newer property. Perfect stay for us, especially following our stay with another property that was not. We had the great experience and relaxation that we were looking for. Well done. We will return to BW.

We have stayed at this location in the past and enjoyed our stay. This last stay was not as positive. We booked on-line for a two-night stay. Check in was easy, the room clean and quiet at night (although there we not many guest staying there on these dates). After the first night, we left about 10:30am to spend the day in Petoskey. Our room was never cleaned, the bed was not made, other amenities such as coffee and bathroom towels and shampoo were not replenished. They did take our used towels from the bathroom but that was the only thing housekeeping did after the first night. When we told this story to the front desk they asked what they could do to make it right. We only asked for clean towels, shampoo and coffee. Housekeeping reported that a Do Not Disturb notice was on our door which is why they didn't clean our room. We actually posted the Make Up The Room sign about 10:30am. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable including the free breakfast provided by the establishment. We likely will not stay at this location in the future.

The room was very nicely decorated and clean; however, it was musty and humid upon our arrival, and the air conditioner didn't help. The carpet was damp. Our first night was uncomfortable. After talking with housekeeping the next morning, we learned that they knew there was something wrong, but couldn't find the problem. We suggested a dehumidifier, and they put one in that afternoon. This helped immensely. We were just disappointed that they put us in there at a pretty high rate knowing there was a problem. They were kind, but they only gave us a 20% discount coupon for another stay in the next year. We're not very motivated to return.
